Thank You for the Help

Leading up to leaving for Spain and once I'm in Spain traveling around Europe I'm going to be using the following apps to aide me in safety, planning and entertainment. Many of these apps are only Andriod and Iphone and they all have a fee, BUT they have rave reviews from others and I've tested them all with success. Hope they help you in your future adventures.
Click on the link to head over and check everything out in detail.

TripRider described by their website  as a travel planning app for organizing, documenting and keeping trip plans in one place. Create itinerary, plan budget, packing list and track expenses. Seriously a large helping in keeping all the details organized.

City Maps2Go the greatness of this app is all in the tagline "offline" that means no data roaming or wifi needed to guide you through the streets of many popular and even not so popular travel destinations.

Her Packing List wherever you want to go and however long you plan to stay there these women have a packing list to fit your needs. Also, provided are travel tips for the female traveler, connection to other female travel blogs, and product reviews so you have a honest opinion.

Hipmunk Flight and Hotel Search yes you could just throw this in the pile with all the other flight and hotel tracking websites/apps that or out there or you could use the app and discover the fact that this little hipmunk believes in coach surfing, rynair, and airbnb while most others just over look those accommodations.

GateGuru all the information you need to know about your flight, travel destination, and the airport you'll be having to spend more time than you wish waiting. Up to date itinerary on flight information and a list of what to find in the terminal of your destination along with tips helps ease some of the airport travel stress.

TripAdvisor Find a place, know a place, heard of a place to eat, sleep, party, shop, or grab a cup of jo? It doesn't matter tripadvisor knows all these places personally and so do a few other people who have no problem sharing their opinion on the matter- good or down right mean.

Lonely Planet This is the guide to be all guides as far as I'm concerned. Not only are their suggestions on what to do range from the typical to the rare, but you also learn some history and language snippets from the country of choice.

Hope these help you as much as they've helped me! I'll add on as I learn and test successfully others, feel free to offer suggestions in the comments section.

Until next time . . . Adios, Hasta Pronto, Be Blessed.

  1. I can't imagine how traveling with an iphone must change things! Best advice ever? In each city or town go find the blue "i" (blue sign, white i) first thing. Always the best advice and guidance. Be smart, keep your purse in front of you and don't go to dodgy places alone or at night. There are freaks out there! (the older I get the more cautious I get- be careful) ;)
